In this study module you will learn about the essential element of any health and safety which you must undertake before commencing a client service: hair and skin testing. You will learn how to identify the condition and strength of the cuticle and cortex, whether your client or their hair will be sensitive to chemical services, and how to determine the possible outcome of a chemical service.
